Red Fruits Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Mixed berries
  • 4 table spoons of oatmeal
  • Half banana
  • Half glass of milk of choice
  • 1 tea spoon of maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tea spoon of cream cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Smash the banana and mix with oatmeal.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend it.
  3. Enjoy! ☺️
