Lemon&Garlic Pasta


  • Olive Oil
  • Pasta of choice
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • Fresh basil
  • 1/2 glass of Milk
  • 1 table spoon of Corn Starch
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried herbs of choice
  • Cheese of choice


  1. Prepare the pasta according to the package.
  2. Add some olive oil to a pan and add the minced garlic until it gets golden.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice and add to the pan.
  4. Add milk and corn starch and cook until it becomes creamy.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  6. Add some cheese and stir until it gets smoother.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to cream and cook few more minutes.
  8. Add some fresh basil.
  9. Serve and Enjoy! 🙂
