Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Raisins
- Almond
- Chia seeds to sprinkle
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 glass of milk
- 1 table spoon yoghurt
- 50gr butter
- 1 tea spoon of Vanilla extract
- 1 tea spoon of Baking powder
- 1 table spoon Corn starch
- 40 gr Wheat flour
- 40gr Oatmeal flour
- 1 Orange zest
- 4 table spoon of maple syrup (or unsweetened apple sauce, or date puree)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
- Add vinegar to the milk and set aside. The milk become sour and it will turn into pieces. Do not worry!
- Smash/mix/beat the butter.
- Add the egg and mix with butter until it is smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup.
- Add the wheat flour, oatmeal flour, corn starch, baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon mix.
- Add the milk mixture to the batter.
- Add the yoghurt.
- Mix raisins and almonds with a table spoon of flour until they are fully coated.
- Add orange zest, raisins and almonds to the batter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and chia seeds on the top of the muffins.
- Bake 20 mins and check if it is baked by using a toothstick method. If it is still batter, bake it until it becomes solid.
