Homemade chicken wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • Olive oil
  • Onion juice
  • 1 table spoon yoghurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven with 250C degrees.
  2. Wash the chicken wings with water and flour. This will help to eliminate smell of the raw chicken.
  3. Add olive oil, onion juice and yoghurt and mix.
  4. Use grill pan and place the chicken wings.
  5. Grill for 30 to 40 mins.
  6. After the first 15 min, flip all the wings.
  7. Enjoy! 🙂
